What's involved in an asbestos re-roof?

1. Remove the asbestos roof sheets (section by section)
2. Roof battens are checked and re-screwed. If the battens are damaged we will replace them.
3. Optional vacuum out of the ceiling space and spray with PVA base sealer (to seal asbestos fibres)
4. Optional insulation fitted and installed.
5. New metal sheeting is installed, and screwed down with the necessary caps, barrages and apron flashings.
